Due to a nationwide shortage, the Oklahoma Tobacco Helpline is temporarily unable to provide nicotine lozenges.
Other forms of nicotine replacement therapy, including patches and gum, remain available.

...the hardest part... was overcoming the mindset.
For me, the hardest part of quitting was overcoming the mindset. Once I realized I did not actually NEED a cigarette, it became easier. I stopped blaming it on my anxiety, I stopped buying them and I told myself I am better without them and believed it. My grandmother has three types of cancer. My family has heart problems through three generations and a history of diabetes. I have plenty of reasons why I should have never started, and after I realized smoking a cigarette was not going to solve any of my problems, I quit.
