Refer Your Patients Directly To The Helpline
The Helpline offers three ways to directly refer your patients:
- Fax Referral
- Secure Web Portal
- EMR Closed Loop Referral
When you refer a patient, the Helpline will call them within 48 business hours to start enrollment. For each referral, your clinic will receive an outcome report. It tells you what happened with the referral: Did the patient accept or decline services? Were they reachable or unreachable? Did they receive nicotine replacement therapy?
