What Is the Oklahoma Tobacco Helpline?

We’re a FREE service available 24/7 at 1-800-QUIT NOW or OKhelpline.com. We don’t lecture or judge you — we simply provide the tools and support you need to quit tobacco your own way. That includes free text and email support, phone and web coaching, nicotine replacement therapies and more for registered participants.

How the Helpline Works

When you call the Oklahoma Tobacco Helpline, you’ll talk to a registration specialist for about 10-15 minutes. They’ll take down some of your information, and then transfer you to a Quit Coach™. Quit Coaches are trained professional coaches who help you through the process of quitting tobacco. Your Quit Coach will help you learn how to quit tobacco use by forming a Quit Plan tailored to your needs. They’ll also help you determine which service option is right for you.

When you register with the Helpline, you don’t sign a contract. So if you decide after the first call that this program isn’t for you, there’s no pressure. We’ll put you on a no-call status and respect your wishes.

You can stop at any point and re-register when you’re ready, up to twice a year.
