First, here are some FREE resources available at the Oklahoma Tobacco Helpline. Each tool is proven to help you quit — and combining tools greatly increases your chance of success.
FREE Nicotine Replacement Therapy
Each registrant is eligible for at least a two-week supply of patches, gum or lozenges for free. SoonerCare members may also be eligible for additional medication when prescribed by a doctor.
Proven Helpline Support
The Helpline offers 24/7 support, Quit Coach access and supportive phone calls to all registrants. You can also sign up to receive motivational texts or emails. For more inspiration, the Helpline offers access to an online community of people who are also quitting tobacco.
