Quitting tobacco takes time – and that’s okay! Did you know 70% of tobacco users have tried to quit multiple times before they are successful? Throughout the process, many people share similar experiences. We collected the best tips and tricks from those who successfully quit to share with you.
First, here are some FREE resources available at the Oklahoma Tobacco Helpline. Each tool is proven to help you quit — and combining tools greatly increases your chance of success.
Each registrant is eligible for at least a two-week supply of patches, gum or lozenges for free. SoonerCare members may also be eligible for additional medication when prescribed by a doctor.
Proven Helpline Support
The Helpline offers 24/7 support, Quit Coach access and supportive phone calls to all registrants. You can also sign up to receive motivational texts or emails. For more inspiration, the Helpline offers access to an online community of people who are also quitting tobacco.
Each Helpline registrant can pick from the following free plans:
