I can hardly believe that after 30+ years of smoking more than a pack a day, I’m finally smokefree! Five months on November 5th. I’m taking huge, full breaths of air for the first time since I was a teenager. My life does not revolve around a cigarette. You probably know the story… smoke first thing in the morning, gotta have one before and after ANY activity, before and after any car ride, before and after every meal, before, DURING and after every movie, etc. But it’s great to be free!
