Due to a nationwide shortage, the Oklahoma Tobacco Helpline is temporarily unable to provide nicotine lozenges.
Other forms of nicotine replacement therapy, including patches and gum, remain available.

Don’t be too stubborn to ask for help
I’m a former chewing tobacco user, and I started at a young age. It got to the point that just opening a pouch of tobacco would give me heartburn. I thought, “this is crazy, I should quit.” I didn’t think that I was truly addicted – but after I quit, I realized I was.
The Oklahoma Tobacco Helpline offers free services for smokeless tobacco users. Don’t be too stubborn to ask for help. I’ve had cancer 7 times now. I just wish I could go back and make a better decision. I made up my mind really early that I was going to be around for my girls. I wanted to see them graduate high school and get into college. The best thing anybody could do was give me time with my family.
